We have an application which has a large black box prg that does translation of medical claim files from one industry format to another. We can call it from a VB program by requiring the VB program to pass a parameter which contains the location(path) of our application. The VB side of the partnership does not want to have to find and pass the parameter. How can we read the registry setting which tells where the program was installed by installshield? We need the code to search the registry. Many thanks in advance. Bob
