I see why you could be upset. I know Marcia personally and she is far from being arrogant. Perhaps I can help, not with the original question, but to provide understanding.

The post you refer to has provided a complete table structure and asked "Can you provide a form that does x, y, z." Communication is not what is said, but what is understood. I assume that you speak a language other than English. If so, you should understand what I am saying. Perhaps if the original post just asked for a sample form, rather than say "I need it to use this table structure." It can be interpreted as asking "Can someone build the complete form for me."

On the other side, Marcia could have been a bit more diplomatic in her response. Maybe she was having a bad day and was already frustrated and that boiled over in her response. We may never know, but IMO, both Kiran (the original post) and Marcia made mistakes in what they said.
