Hey Renoir,
You mean about the "CRUD" perhaps? If so, it is an acronym for that standard no-brainer datacentric task of Creating, Retrieving, Updating & Deleting records of a database. A CRUD form is the interface that provides this to a user. This is what Kiran appears to be looking for a sample of -- he even supplied the data structure. How dare he! Maybe he should be shot? Whadda-ya think? ;-)
