Good job on the site...one thing I would consider changing is your navigation menu is on the top of the main page, but down the side of the other pages. It might be better if it were always in the same place.

Also, you might want to remove the visibility the counter until it has more hits on it.

That's odd...I wouldn't expect there to be a delay on a newly registered domain.
