I just upgraded to InstallShield Express 4.0 - the full version. I have downloaded all of the updates, including the recently released SP1. In addition, I downloaded the Crystal 8.5 merge module.

I created my install, selected the Crystal 8.5 merge module, ran through the builder, selecting the runtime choices, and built my installation CD.

The install appeared to go just fine. I was able to run my program without a problem, however, when I went to preview my Crystal report, I received an error that a class was not registered.

I went to the run command and registered crviewer.dll. It registered. I ran my report again - still got the error about a class not registered.

Next, I copied the crviewer.dll from my development machine (which has Crystal 8.5 SP1 installed), then ran my program and tried the report. The report came up in the preview window -- however, several lines of text were underlined.

Is there a Crystal 8.5 SP1 merge module? How do I ensure that I get the correct VERSION of the Crystal files? I upgraded to the full version of InstallShield so I would not have the Crystal installation problems -- unfortunately, I have them anyway.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
