I agree with Paul that this is a problem. Besides that, the site looks very nice.

One other thing: your titles are inconsistent (one page has a generic title) and I feel like they should all identify the site, as well as the page within the site.

Update: also, I think that the "request case" option could be better placed than on the Feedback page. It's a bit confusing...
