I encountered similar issues in a VFP 6 app .. but it was only random and I could never pin it down with an exact repro. If you run your app in VFP 8 and it still happens .. I'd bet the MSFT VFP Team would be interested in seeing your code so they can repro it and subsequently, fix it.

>I have a cbizobjmaintenance form with 6 pages in its page frame. This is with MM vs. 7.0 and VFP7.0.
>The first page has my bizobj and the normal clistonetomany class.
>When this form is called from the menu it paints the outer edge of the window, followed by the grid of the clistonetomany object (complete with correct data populating the grid) and the delete button and stops. The tabs for the pageframe do not show, nor do the new or edit buttons.

>When I click the mouse button or hit a key on the keyboard it completes painting the balance of the form and its ready to process.
>
>This is happening everytime on one form is called and occassionally on another form when it is called. There are no suspends in the code. I can not find any reason for the stoppage. If I suspend before the form is called and step through the process it paints correctly and completely.
