I really need the help or advice from anyone of you. I will explain my case:

I 24 year old, i'm married and i have a son of 6 years. My son can't hear since he was born, the solution to him it's to make a cirgury called a Cochlear Implant but it cost almost 25,000 US$. I'm putting this here 'cause i need an advice or an offer. I need to make more money. Here in my country it's very dificult, i'm getting 350 US $ per month making programs with VFP, Web services and Crystal Reports. What i wan't to know is how can i go to work to another country or if there's one of you who has an opportunity to me. I'm almost broke 'cause i had to sell my car to make another cirgury to my child, 'cause he was having some problems with the stomach. That cost me almos 5,000 US$. And with the money that i make, i almost can't live. Here's what i can do if anyone of you has an offer or job for me:

I'm a developer from Guatemala, i have experience with VFP in almost all the areas, also i have experience using Crystal Reports. I have 6 years of experience programing, and also have a complete hardware and software configuration, installation of OS, and also administrator experience in LAN. I speak spanish and english(90%). I'm looking for a job, maybe in the US or in anyother country that the Social Secure covers the cirgury for my child. Please, i'm desperate, if you have an offer or information or advice, please let me know.
