I feel that people should stand on their own two feet. If they fall, then we should all help them up again.

But what has happened over time is that many people would rather fall down and stay down. Even though they can get up, they choose not to because it is easier to have others do the work for them, then for them to work for themselves.

The work ethic is dying off. You can hardly find anyone who wants to take responsibility for themselves or their actions. Parents are not being good examples for their children to follow. The kids will do what they see and consider it ok because Mom and Dad will not correct them.

The government is making it too easy to get free money and then stay hooked on it.

A lot of problems.
Will it get better?
I do not know.
What is the answer?
For me it is to raise my kids the best way I can and ensure that they see the free money pitfalls in life and try to avoid them. To stand on their own to feet and take pride in a job well done.
