Hi everybody,

I told once, that I was banned from tek-tips forum and that this fact did really hurt my feelings... The other bad thing, which seems to be related to my banning, was deleting of all my threads from the period I joined tek-tips. This was a really hard thing to bear, especially because there were several very good threads and I encountered situation several times, when I wanted to point someone to one of these non-existing anymore threads. Not to mention, of course, that users, who participated in them, lost their stars...

Anyway, the problem is, that threads in this forum are deleted without any notification to the author of the thread. My recent thread was deleted and also I just found, that two threads of the guy, who asked ASP.NET question in ASP forum, were deleted too. I would understand, if they would be moved to the correct forum, but they were just deleted... And I was trying to help in one of them...

I guess, this "feature" would upset any developer. Who wants to waste his/her time, if the message could be deleted afterwards?

Putting this problem aside, the forum is really good... VFP problems are quite interesting... Half of ASP problems - too (another half is really beginners stuff)...
