Hi All,

I want to check if Pin 1 and Pin 2 of the Com port (1 or 2) have been connected. (changed state)

I used the Microsoft Communication Control ver 6.0 and wrote code in the OnComm method. But when I shorted out pin 1 and 2, the event did not fire. What am I doing wrong? How do I check their status?

Also how do I send a signal to the port to do something, for example stop a machine.
