See their Terms & Conditions. There might have added some issues in there which forbids someone to post a link. Or, any related topics in regards to that which may be why they are doing all those procedures against your account. My guess would be that an intermediate really hates you and is doing all that against you. By that I mean that the proper authorities over there might not even be aware of that.
