>Is there any way of getting FPD (2.6) to recognise network paths preceeded with '\\'. For instance, USE \\server\drive\path\myTable works fine under VFP, but with FPD I get the error message "File ... does not exist". Placing the path in quotes or a variable and using USE (lcPathVar) does not work either.

I don't quite remember in FoxPro/DOS. In FoxPro Windows and VFP, I got problems when the path included a filename - otherwise, it seemed to work.

Have you used up all letters from A-Z? Otherwise, you can change a setting in your CONFIG.SYS file, to accept more drive letters. I think it was something like LASTDRIVE=Z.
