Charles,
The Visual Studio editor is one of the best I have used. It is well documented in the book "Inside VS .Net 2003". A book that has three sections, the first on using VS, the second on Customizing, the third on Automating it. I only read the first section. It was great to find a book just about the IDE, something I had been looking for since VS came out.
There is though an add-in called Visual Assist (started as VB assist years ago) that does add alot to the editor and intellisense. I read a review and it sounds like it is well worth the $80. It is by Whole Tomato Software.

>>Hi Charles,

>>What Kevin wrote will work but you need to make sure you have "smart comments" turned on. To do this, go to the Tools/Options menu item. Then choose Text Editor/C#/Formatting from the tree on the left side of the Options dialog. Then make sure "Smart comment editing" is checked. This will enable the use of /// to trigger the XML Comment template.
