Not to offend you, but why are you posting this? I think Jim had some good insights and I probably think there's nothing much more you can do on UT regarding the issues you have with tek-tips. If the sysop (yes, that dates me) says, "Too bad" and keeps you out, I'm not sure how we are supposed to help.
