>>On the UT, I just saw a member from the country "Yugoslavia". Since I understand that the country has recently been renamed to "Serbia and Montenegro", I suggest to use the official term on the UT.

A search on news.google.com (1) (search terms: Yugoslavia renamed) reveals several news items - several of them point to a change in name (plus other changes) that occured in February. The new name, according to these news sources, is Serbia and Montenegro. "Serbia" alone would not be correct: it is only one of the two republics that comprise the union.

(1) For those who don't know it yet, this is a search engine that continuously scans ca. 4500 news sources on the Internet. An excellent site, IMO.
