Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I should go about obtaining a connection to a Linux data server (running MySQL) from a Windows client using FoxPro.

Obviously I would use ODBC connection string if it was a Windows server, but I understand that Linux doesn't work that way.

I hope someone can shed some light.
