My first guess is that you're project table has gone corrupt. Open it as a table and check the 'Name' memo column. Look for a name of .prg. Possibly the portion before the '.' has been lost. I've seen the name completely blanked out, and I've seen a loss of the 1st character only. I haven't seen a loss of everything up to the dot, but anything's possible.
