Yes, that can make you open tables faster.
I will assume you use private datasessions, since this is usually the best way to work with tables / forms.
Open the tables at program startup, in the default datasession.
Open the tables again in each form.
There is no need to close the tables in each form - if the form has a private datasession, it will close the tables automatically.
If the tables were already open in the default datasession, they should open faster in each individual form.
