I think, we are misunderstanding the word "cursor". Let us use "caret" for the Textcursor (the blinking vertical line in the text) and "mouse pointer" for the arrow of the mouse.

So I want to know, on which position in the textbox (or on which charachter if you want) was the mouse pointer as the click succeeded, that made the GotFocus() fire.
