Yep, it's pretty easy actually. Same thing, highlight the block of code. There's two items on the toolbar that will then comment and/or un-comment your block. The icons look like little lines of black code, with a few blue lines (and the un-comment has an arrow). It'll say which is which with the tool-tip when you hover your mouse. There's keyboard shortcut keys, but I never use them because I always forget what they are. =)
