First, you need to add an ImageList to your ToolBar (and add images to it's Images Collection from the Property Sheet). Then, in the Property Sheet for the ToolBar, choose your ImageList for the ToolBar's ImageList property. Lastly, in the Buttons collection, you can now specify an ImageIndex from the dropdown.
