>At what point should the Fox team stop fixing bugs and issue the SP? How many and which bugs should be fixed in the SP? You want this array problem fixed. It may not affect others and they want something else fixed that doesn't affect you. Let's say that the VFP team can only fix one of the two? Which one is it? What if they do decide to fix those two bugs and bug one takes an hour to fix your bug, but it takes a month for bug two? Are you willing to wait the extra month to get your fix (again, keeping in mind you are one data point)? At what point should work on an SP stop and work start on Europa?

If they rely on what developers want in order to develop a new version should'nt it be the same for SPs?

I don't get why MS don't make public what the bugs are. That way perhaps they'd expose things that we did'nt know about and if we knew we'd want corrected right away.

I'm getting tired of reading that perhaps the resources should probably work on the next version of VFP instead of a SP or whatever the reason of the day is.

It's always been a big secret how many developers are working on VFP. I wonder which version it'll be when we see the following happening:

Only one person works on VFP. Responsible for sales, marketing, development...

Announcement from that person the new version 26 of VFP (Same thing as version 25) but the packaging changed and the help file. Some things won't work according to the help file. So what? Gives a reason to release a new version (SPs won't exist no more). MS stopped making those because there was no money made from those SPs.
