Hi,
Could someone please refresh my memory and tell me how I can attach MyIcon.ico to MyApp.exe? (don't get me wrong I do still like to good 'ol fox head but I've got an icon that is more applicable for the application)

Also how do I know if MyIcon.ico contains both a 32x32 icon and a 16x16 icon. (I seem to remember that was needed)
