Claude - I first removed the old ActiveVFPDemo setup through add and delete program on Control Panel and deleted the old virtual directories.

Reinstalled ActiveVFP8 setup program using AVFP_VFP8.exe from the zip download file (ver 2.11 which I think is the latest download) and created new demo using VFP8.

I then created a new site "mywebapp" using the newly installed WebAPPBuilder which called up VFP8 and created the virtual directories,folder and sub folders.

Both the demo and "mywebapp" site came up just fine.
