I doubt that. Can you verify that you're running VFP6 mtdll by including code like following in your mtdll.

lcVar = ""
TEXT TO lcVar NOSHOW TEXTMERGE
<<VERSION()>>
ENDTEXT
STRTOFILE(lcVar, ...)
