Hi Piter,

You may try following, open regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall key, find wich value belongs to Soap3 and delete it. Disclaimer as usual, editing registry may render you PC null and void. :)
