How can i show the tooltip of a textbox programatically (without moving the mouse over it.)

Not to the best of my knowledge. But what are you trying to accomplish here? Are you trying to give the users of your application some guidance as they are using it? What about using the activeX Status bar that ships with VFP on your forms? You could create a textbox class for use with forms that have a status bar that sets the status bar text to whatever is in the textbox class's ToolTipText property. Pretty simple to do, really.
