On Windows 98 it should be in the c:\windows\system folder and in Windows 2000 it will be in c:\windows\system32. Keep in mind that the Internet Protocol Helper API (Iphlpapi.dll) was rebuilt for Windows Millennium Edition and has some problems with 16-bit windows sockets-based programs. That of course should not be the case with your VFP app though.
