The software is designed with the idea that the amount of info is brief and limited. If they need to see a more detailed screen for the work order, or item specs etc, they can go to a full size computer touch screen, enter the w/o number and get the detailed info.

There are trade offs when building a system like this. But since we do all our own software development, we could build it exactly the way we needed it.
