VFP70 comes with install shield lite, installed from CD. You can do it one for two ways, which are as follows.
1. Follow Mike Stewarts walkthrough available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnfoxgen7/html/vfpdeploy.asp

OR

2. Shave your head. This saves a great deal of pain, when you tear all your hair out, when you can't get a successful install or a half install, that you can't uninstall without a great deal of registery hacks.
