Use WXP.

Set themes enabled.

- build a VCX optionbutton class obMember.
- build a SCX and add obMemebr
- add OptionGroup
- set memberclass to obMemebr
- set buttoncount to 1

Now change various combination of AutoSize and SpecialEffect

on stand alone obMember -> no problem

on optionbutton within OptionGroup -> random problem,
result status it depends on the inserted sequence of commandos on
Properties Window

If themes is enabled, this problem occurs also on W2k.
