I meant to post this to you too, but failed in my post to Jordan, so here it is--I attended the TS2 seminar on server 2003 and my personal opinions I posted:

My biggest concern would be the Terminal Server costs for all of those clients if you decide to incorporate 2003 server and the 2003 Terminal Server.

>Since this will be a new setup of hardware (no pre-existing equipment for this project), I was thinking/planning on encouraging them to go with Windows 2003 Advance Server for the amount of memory it can handle, the option to move to a 64-bit platform (it's their money), and because of the increased file handling speed I've read about (all from MS by the way...I'm sure it's all true).
