Code as you go along programming was implemented and I did not want to do an FOPEN() <g>. Let me know of any improvements that you may have and ofcouse your feedback.

>It looks great, but, I've seen an excesive use of STRTOFILE(), what about TEXTMERGE or TEXT TO Functions, they will do the same work and your code will be more legible.
