Sorry if this has been mentioned, I have not read all the replies to this question. The reason you get the dialogue to locate MYTABLE is because VFP can not find it along the VFP search paths or in the current DBC [if one is open]. These would be the paths returned by ? SET('PATH'). For whatever reason, this is not a triggered error. I also wish it were.
