Cindy Winegarden and Evan Delay's book from Hentzenwerke covers the VFP certification exams very well. You can get their book via Amazon or from us in Australia direct (we're the Australasian distributor).
There are also transcripts of the study groups a bunch of us took part in on the wiki.
