Victor;
April was a difficult month for me. Three co-workers died of heart attacks (aged 47-55) and one had a heart attack and is out on medical leave. No one had a history of heart problems. This environment is stressful! We have a full time medical staff (24 hours a day) with a Medical Doctor on site. They have saved several people who have had heart attacks while at work.
As long as the production line is running and producing cars and trucks on schedule and with quality, there "are no problems"! The human equation is often forgotten in any business.
