The one common place that everyone looks to is the server itself. You could have one person that you know always downloads everything. That way when you do have to archive off messages off of the server, there would be a place where you could go to look at the old stuff. You could make the backup on that PC. That's not the prettiest set up, but it's the option that costs nothing.

The earlier senerio I mentioned where no one deleted the mail off of the server would pretty much assure you that everyone connecting had everything. When it did come time to clean up the server, don't delete the most recent.

Sorry, don't no anything about MS Exchange.

>>You can have each user set up to open that same email account, but have them all set up to not delete what's on the server once the mail downloaded. This means everybody gets everything. This also means the server keeps all emails. Even then, sooner or later, someone whould have to clean up the accumulation on the server.

>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>Our email needs have grown.
>>>
>>>Right now different mailboxes are accessed from different computers and old mail is stored in the computer that received it. Some of us use Eudora, some use Outlook Express, and one uses IncrediMail.
>>>
>>>Now we would like to be able to see mail that comes to a particular box, such as support@ourmailbox.com, from any of several machines. How do you all recommend that we do this? Also, mail should be kept in a server (preferably our Snap file server), which would make backups easier.
>>>
>>>Thank you very much.
