There is a way do this in InstallShield, In "Config the Target System" click on the Shortcuts/Folders and create a new folder(rename to whatever you want). Now, rightclick on the folder name you just created and select New Shortcut. On the right hand side, you must enter all the information related that shortcut such as the icon, name of the executable and so on. After you have done that, rebuild, test it and you're done. HTH
