Yes, I am aware of that, That is what would not work for me. THe icon would not display, in the add/remove programs dialog box in windows. And I did associate all the required ICON sizes with the attached ICO file. It showed up on the shortcut on the desktop, and in explorer, but the small sized icon would not display. Even though it was included in the icon file.
