Sounds like your mouse must be having a problem and a single click is being interpreted as a doubleclick. Possibly a mouse driver setting for doubleclick is too low. And I'm not quite sure what you mean by "no title bar". That's a setting that you must turn on (or rather turn off) in your forms. Where exactly are you seeing this behavior in the IDE?
