I was just wondering who's using the pre-release version of MM.NET. I just wanted to get some opinions on it. I'm building a case for my new employer to incorporate it into our development environment. Their biggest fear is having to pay royalties since we are developing a verticle market app. I know you just have to purchase a license for each developer on the team. After that it is my understanding it is royalty-free.

Most of the developers are former VB developers and are lacking good OOP development skills. I'd like to get thing right the first time. They have been spending time creating data objects and business objects.

We are undertaking a large verticle market application. Parts of it are already complete in ASP & VB. We are in the process of converting it over to .NET and adding new functionality.
