The way that I end up doing this is exclude the report from from the project, and change the program code from REPORT FORM to MODIFY REPORT. After recompiling, I run the program within the development environment. When it runs into the problem, it'll stop and bring up the edit for the object that's causing the problem. The annoying part however, is that it doesn't tell you which object you're editing.
