But if I changed it to REPORT FORM Report1.frx PREVIEW, it works fine. Can someone tell me what is the different between the two? TIA

The IN SCREEN clause allows to preview report in the VFP desktop when running top-level form. w/o this clause report preview will be put in top-level form.
