i known concept SQL-92 rowversion.
MSQL implement it like global DATABASE DDWORD id ( 64 bit raw autoincrement).

I need index for create fast differential resync of local table image.

Example: Laptop off line, connect and read from MSQL backend only update/insert/delete(special case) done after last connection.
( on very large databases, with multimedia info, this is the only way for do this task in one hadful of seconds).
