You might want to take a look at the sofware from
www.hardcopy.de - it has several options, like printing the entire screen directly, capturing a rectangular area on the screen and then printing it (or copying it to the Clipboard), etc. I don't know whether you can print from the Clipboard - does it have to be the Clipboard, or will a screen capture suffice?
