I was trying to save you the trouble of having to put the EXE on each workstation. If you do that, though, you don't need the config stuff I posted. I didn't mean for you to direct those files to your Foxpro 2.6 directory. You should pick some other directory.

Went into the FoxExpress Data Container and updated that table that is when I go the access denied.

First, I would SET PATH TO M:\gac\data somewhere near the beginning of the app, so you don't have to include this every time you open a file.
You're probably getting "Access denied" because you haven't turned exclusive off (SET EXCLUSIVE OFF), and someone else has the table open.
