Hello Ahmad,
What do you mean by "does not work"?
Did it print a barcode, but the scanner won't scan it?
If you put *826597* into a Word Processor program and assign its font to be 3of9, it will print a barcode. If you put the same thing in a VFP report, it will print a barcode.
If it is printing a barcode but you can't scan it with the barcode reader, it could be that it is too small and you should increase its size. The problem could also be the printer. Each bar of the code must be separated by a clean white-space. My clients use laser-jets and high quality label printers and have no problems.
I've tested them on ink-jets and dot matrix printers and the typical quality is not satisfactory.
There is a free 3of9 barcode font (z3of9.zip) at:
http://lasse.hjorth.net/src/barcode/z3of9.ttf
z3of9.txt
The z3of9.ttf is the font, and the z3of9.txt gives good instructions on its use.
