Did you check out the Integrator's Manual for your model, available at
http://www.crs-usa.com/softprnt.asp ? The sections near the front show how to install the Windows printer driver, and for at least the 500 model shows a checkbox suppressing page eject after receipt printing.
You might also have to follow the printer's recommendations on setting up your parallel port type in the system BIOS, e.g. standard port, EPP, ECP, EPP+ECP.
