To all:

Thanks for your responses, and I apologize for not getting back sooner. What I found was that MDAC was the culprit. Apparently MDAC 2.6 was not installed on any of the computers that I was installing to except for one. That one worked with the setup that did not include MDAC 2.6 or its service packs.

All is well now, the application and the support files install and function as required. Again thanks for everything.
